The Rototag is an automated laser marking system that works with robots to mark tags and unload them onto a motorized conveyor. Operators load tags into 10 stations, and a barcode reader identifies which ones to mark. A rotating table positions the correct magazine, a ball screw lifts the tag, and once focused, it’s marked. A Pick & Place system transfers the tag to an output basket. The cycle repeats until the order is complete, then the conveyors shift, prepping for the next batch.
The Compactmark G8 can be equipped with a wide variety of accessories. For example, it can provide W-axis for marking cylindrical components, 3-axis heads for marking non-planar surfaces as well as vision systems for marking centering and reading 2D codes.
Productivity
The CompactMark G8 allows the marking of an area of 700x450mm (with focal length FFL160), thanks to the movement of the X-axis and the Y-axis working plane. This marker is ideal both for engraving on a single part and on a pallet with hundreds of small parts, always maintaining perfect centring.
Stablity
The frame of the CompactMark G8 is completely made of stretched and machined welded steel. After thermal stress relief, the structure is finished to create support shelves for screws and slides. This allows greater acceleration of the axles without vibration, and guarantees stability and strength.
