About The Product

Polaris

The POLARIS is a high-output laser marking system, equipped with a rotary table for continuous loading and unloading. It can be equipped with dual lasers and two independent XYZ axis systems. Its design facilitates operation with either an operator or a robot and loading of components weighing up to 20kg per table position.

The structure of the machine and axes are made entirely of steel to ensure maximum rigidity. Ensuring there is no vibration and offering maximum precision during marking. The machine can be equipped with many accessories (vision systems for marking centring and 3D scanning system for optimised marking on curved surfaces) and can have 2 to 4 stations for marking and reading or 3D scanning.

Main Features

Versatility

The Compactmark G8 can be equipped with a wide variety of accessories. For example, it can provide W-axis for marking cylindrical components, 3-axis heads for marking non-planar surfaces as well as vision systems for marking centering and reading 2D codes.

Productivity

The CompactMark G8 allows the marking of an area of 700x450mm (with focal length FFL160), thanks to the movement of the X-axis and the Y-axis working plane. This marker is ideal both for engraving on a single part and on a pallet with hundreds of small parts, always maintaining perfect centring.

Stablity

The frame of the CompactMark G8 is completely made of stretched and machined welded steel. After thermal stress relief, the structure is finished to create support shelves for screws and slides. This allows greater acceleration of the axles without vibration, and guarantees stability and strength.
